If I have over 100 stock trades for 2005 how do I show this in my taxes without typing out each one?

Additionally, what specifically would the back-up to Schedule D look like to comply with the IRS?

    you will want to do a summary on the sch d.
    and in the description put see statement
    where you can attach the printout that details
    you cost basis, dates, proceeds, long/short term
    etc…
