I am considering joining up with Scottrade due to their (apparent) no fee Roth IRA, $7 per online stock trade, and fairly low fee for Vanguard fund purchases ($17 on 5,000 shares) and no maintainence fees.

I use Sharebuilder, and right now for JMBAU, the quote is $2.83 and the ask is $6.00 x 200. If I were to purchase shares at this quote using a market order, would I be paying $2.83/share or $6.00/share?Lacie
